Terms of sale and of use

Scope

These terms govern both the sale of usage credits and the use of Make It Corporate, published by POL Studio, trading name of Paul Leborgne, sole trader. One credit is one rewrite.

It is the single document behind the checkbox shown before payment.

Free trial

One rewrite is free, with no account and no payment. The result is complete and identical to a paid one.

Prices

Starter pack: 12 € for 500 rewrites. Pro pack: 29 € for 2000 rewrites.

Prices are set in euros, all taxes included. VAT is not applicable under article 293 B of the French tax code.

If you pay from outside the euro area, the amount may be presented converted into your own currency. The amount shown on the payment page, conversion included, is the amount charged: nothing is added afterwards.

Credits are not a subscription and there is no recurring charge. They stay valid for as long as the service runs.

Order and payment

Payment is collected by Stripe, using the methods offered at checkout. Credits are granted as soon as the payment is confirmed.

No account is required to buy. The email address Stripe collects during payment attaches the credits and lets you recover them on another device.

After payment you are asked to create an account, which is what attaches the credits to you. That is how they work on another device, and why they do not depend on the browser used to pay.

Right of withdrawal

This is digital content delivered immediately after payment.

By completing the order you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, under article L221-28 13° of the French consumer code. That waiver is collected through a required checkbox before payment.

Refunds

Granted credits are not refundable, following the article above.

This does not remove the statutory conformity guarantee. If the service does not work, write to contact@polstudio.fr and it will be handled, by a fix, new credits or a refund depending on the case.

Acceptable use

The service must not be used to produce threats, harassment, discriminatory content or anything unlawful. Those requests are refused, and access can be cut without refund on repeated attempts.

Availability

The service depends on a third-party language model. An outage on their side interrupts ours. No credit is charged when a generation fails.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first. Failing that, French courts have jurisdiction.
